So today me and my friends hung out today we also took two test today. I got a 68 on one and a 93 the other test.-Micheal<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9\/2\/2026 Wed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

i did a test on science 70% curved to 100 and im doing 2 mile test -Zeke<\/p>\n\n\n\n

today i also did a test which i got a 75 with a curve and im going to hang out with my friends after school-Ryan <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And Micheals not here todayy sadlyy-Ryan<\/p>\n\n\n\n

today at lunch me and Zeke got in trouble and today i did my whole page of work in Mr. hills class -Micheal<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today i did my hole page of work in Mr. hills class. At school we had work to do in every class and finished and also finish my work in Mr. hill-Ryan <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I did Larsen press bar bell back rows as many reps as possible for push up Incline Dumb Bell Press Single Arms Dumb Rows Weighted Sit-ups its was Peak -ZEEEEEEKE!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9\/4\/26 fry<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ryan Did two IXL’s today and got them both to one hundred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michael did all of his work in my civics class and in science class today although his math class had a sub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zeke Also passed on both of his IXL’s, In weight lifting did front squat barbell front raises one leg dumb bell raises single arm dumb bell over head press roman deadlifts and bench dips as many as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9\/8\/2026 Tue<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today i did a review in a test for Ms. Mac and i also watched videos in Mr. Hills and the other classes were regular-Ryan<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Ms. Walls we had a sub so we did a packet in construction we were learning how to use different tools and drill bits, in Mr. Hills we did how much we would weigh on different planets, In Ms. Wingate we were talking about the DOI, and in Mrs. Hill we did stuff with a pome then in Mr. Reids we are going to take a quiz -Micheal <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In weight lifting we did 7×3 bench press 30sec break 7 air squat 7×3 30 sec break 5 push up in between. -Zeke<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9\/9\/26 Wed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today I did a test in Ms. Mac and i feel like i did bad on it and also i did my week in civics and reading and science which was kind of fun and yea that’s it – Ryan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today I had Mrs. Hill and she was crashing out on my class for talking and not doing there work she EVEN CUSSED-Micheal<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Weight lifting we did 10×2 80% we did hamstring stretches than we did planks and hand release push ups -Zeke<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9\/10\/26<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today In weightlifting we did spoto press 2-3 inch pause above chest for 3 seconds yates rows 3×12 dumb bell floor press 4×8<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Weighted sit ups 3×10 bar bell curls 3×12 and I ran a 14:00 min two mile in cross country -ZEKE PEBBLETON<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today we did a new unit in Ms. Mac and in Ms. Hills homework I got a 100 and it was easy but that all that happened today.- Ryan<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So today in class we did some math work in Ms. Walls and in<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Hills it was ez -Micheal<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9\/17\/26<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In weight lifting we did lunges 3×12 high pulls 4×8 Bulganin split squat 4×8 6 each leg- Zeke <\/p>\n\n\n\n

today at school i did all my work, in Mr. Hills i did an experiment -Ryan<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I did my work in Mrs. Wingates class about the Constitution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9\/21\/26<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today we maxed out on back squat and i 170 total I’m waiting till next week I’m going to try 185- Zeke<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today we did a review for math test tomorrow and then i took a history test in miss Wingate class- Micheal.w<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today we did a test in mgs mac and MS Wingate i got an 85 on MS Wingate’s and i don’t know about MS mac-Ryan<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9\/23\/26<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today i did my home work in mis hills and Mr. hills class and then we learned more about the constitosion -micheal<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today in Mr. hills class we made oobleck but mine just broke right now and yea that’s it – Ryan<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9\/25\/26<\/p>\n\n\n\n

so today Mr. hill was not hear and we did are work on gas water and solids then in miss Wingate class we had to do a Wingate promoted -Micheal<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9\/29\/2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

today we did Kahoot in Ms.Wingate’s class then in miss hills we started a new story-micheal<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We did back squat yesterday but i was not able to do a blog so I’m talking about it today also i did bench today so i hit 105 max and 225 on back squat it wasn’t that bad- Zeke <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today in MS hills class we did the same thing as always and in MS Wingate we did a kahoot and in Mr. hills i kind of got a decent grade on the test-ryan<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10\/5\/26<\/p>\n\n\n\n

today in Mr. hills we did are bellringer then we watched a video then in miss Wingate’s we had to do are packets in miss hills we are doing a unit test-micheal<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10\/7\/26<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ZEKE-in weight lififting we did back squat at 165 max for me and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5-10-5 test i got 5.2 seconds although i didn’t have cleats to Use<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ALSO we have a meet today my goal is 12:30 for this <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2mile meet also my state goal is 11:50 but i have no idea if ill be able to run that sadly its on halloween:(<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ryan-sorry i haven’t been updating this because I’ve been working more on this website but today i did 3 tests today which was MS hill, MS Wingate and MS mac and i think I’ve done decent<\/p>\n\n\n\n
